This is the first year the UO Health Center has offered free chlamydia and HIV testing for students, in hopes that they will be less hesitant to get tested. The Health Center has indicated that the most common form of sexually transmitted infections on campus is urinary tract infections, which have experienced a slight increase. Yet infections like chlamydia and gonorrhea have actually decreased in the past 2 years.

Treatment for STIs are not free, but come at a very discounted price for students. The Health Center offers free condoms outside the peer health promotions office. Stop by and talk to any health center representative to get tested today.
