From hot dogs to vegetarian cuisines, the UO food carts have it all! With over a half dozen food carts on campus, business owners don’t see each other as a competition but more as a community. Business owners do see a slight increase in business during the spring months mainly due to more foot traffic coming and going. However, one thing is for certain; their main competitor is not each other, but rather summer as students travel back home. So while in Eugene, be sure to try some delicious meals while supporting your local food carts!
