Oregon and Texas couldn’t be more different as places. But Oregon has found a way to merge those differences by recently having notable players from the state of Texas.

Oregon is the only perennial championship team without the most talented high school players in its state, leading to its growth of Texas players.

Thousands of miles from their families the players develop a second family in their time in Eugene.
